when downloading files on to a Mac with OS Sierra, I am getting errors stating that there is no app to open the file or that the file is corrupted. Thoughts?

Hi Frank,

Welcome to the forum and thanks for posting your question to the team. Do you have any programs on your MAC that would be able to open the files? This sounds right if you don't have anything that can open the files. A360 is WEB Based and the viewer runs in the browser, so it sounds like this is a message directly from the Operating System.

what program should i be using to view as a PDF?

Hi Frank,

Apple OS has a built in PDF viewer, so the error could be on the apple side after updating your operating system. I have a couple MAC Book Pro laptops, I will give it a try a little later. What were the PDF files created in and are you just downloading them to the download folder on the computer?

Thanks for the reply. I am trying to download files in Autodesk to my
computer. They were created by the architect. I believe on AutoCad

Hi Frank,

I just gave it a try and it worked fine. What is your work flow when downloading the PDF file? Also are you able to view the file in A360? Can you create a screencast showing us what you are seeing?
