Cannot see RVT model in browser from Team Hub

We are using C4R, and I went to our hub today and tried to view the primary model, but it does not show up in the browser viewer. I only get a blank window. I tried with both IE and chrome. Any thoughts?

My first thought is that you uploaded the model 2seconds ago, while it generally takes a while before the model can be viewed online. Allow up to 24 hours between upload and viewing.

A couple of questions here for you.

I see that you're trying to view the v9 version of the file.

• Is it only the 3D view that you're not able to view, or are the 2D sheets not viewable either within that v9 file?
• Have you or anyone ever been able to view that specific 3D view of v9?
• I'm wondering if it has something to do with how that file was published last (i.e. if the 3D view wasn't checkedmarked to come over in the publish?)
• Are you able to view the prior version 3D views ok?

The model that I am trying to view was last updated 4/14...so that seems to have been plenty of time.

Funny you say that, as I did not see any sheets at all in v9. I went back to v3, and I see both model and sheets. v4 - v6 I see model, but no sheets.

v7 - v9, I see no model and no sheets.

I have never tried to view v9 before, just was showing someone how to do it and then it didn't work (of course (g))

Where is the setting to check for what is published from Revit...that could possibly be it. I can check with the design team.

Yes check in with the design team on this, i.e. the users of Revit that are publishing the model and share with them the link i sent earlier that shows them how to manage the views prior to publishing the model.

if we need to pull in the C4R team, we'll do that too, but i'm thinking that if the views are set correctly and they're able to republish the model, all should be ok.

Let me know how that goes.
