BIM 360 Team - Problem with creating initial Team Hub - Has something changed?

This is rather complicated, so I'll start at the beginning...

Up until recently, the behavior we have noticed with A360 Team (now BIM360 Team) is the following scenario:

1) User gets A360 Team entitlement and receives email that his account has changed.

2) User goes to Accounts.autodesk.com and accesses A360 Team. Assuming they are not the Contract manager, they are then taken to a Team Hub with their name "Team <user name here>". The URL is has their company name in it followed with a number such as "https://<companyname>13.autodesk360.com/g/all_projects/active". There is also a free hub called: "myhub.autodesk360.com".

That second hub has no Admin capabilities, so it's pretty much useless except for use as a "sandbox". The first hub, however, can be renamed and the original user has full Admin rights, can invite new members, assign roles, permissions, etc. Subsequent users also get their own "<companyname><number>" hub along with the myhub.autodesk360.com sandbox.

That was the way it used to be. Now we are observing something different. User only gets a "myhub.autodesk.com" hub, unless they are invited to another team hub (which is apparently the hub that was assigned to the subscription contract by the Contract Administrator). But they do not get their OWN fully functional hub with their BIM360 Team entitlement. Is this behavior the "new normal" or is something wrong?

Possibly related... in testing today we noticed that when assigning users C4R and BIM360 Team entitlements, the users do NOT see them on their account management page, however they do see other entitlements and services that we assign to them (Building Design Suite, for example). If they are invited to a project, they can get into the Team Hub, and they have full access to the BIM360 Team Project they were invited to. Except they are not listed as a member??!! And trying to access the project through C4R, they get the dreaded "You do not have access to any projects" message.

Something is terribly, terribly wrong... Help?

Thanks in advance...

Hi Matt,

Thanks for sending in your feedback to the team. Can you re send this using the blue megaphone in the lower right corner, and include more specific details about the hubs and people for the entitlements.  That way we can escalate this to the team so that they can see all the details, but keep it private.

Thanks in advance for doing this.

Will do, Bud - it'll take awhile - typical Monday - meetings on top of meetings and brush fires...

Thanks Matt and no problem, I am the one that answers those questions as well, so I'll see it once you get a chance to send it in.

Thanks for the update and hope the meetings go well.
