On the Project Members page I have Insight. But it is not found on the Services tab.
What is it, and how is it activated?

To my best understanding this is tied to the BIM 360 IQ project.
I've messaged the BIM 360 product team and the Insight team for clarification as this could have been the BIM 360 IQ project and could have been renamed, during AU 2016 there was an event talking about BIM 360 HQ (Account Admin page) and BIM 360 IQ tying into that. I will update the post shortly.

I received confirmation from the BIM 360 development team that Insight is the unified analytics and dashboard module in next gen BIM360. In the first phase BIM 360 Field and Next Gen Field pilot customers can access Field dashboards through Insight. Project IQ (machine learning based risk analysis) which is invitation only is also available through Insight for IQ pilot customers.

Let me clarify what Insight is for you.
Insight is a feature module within the BIM 360 platform, it is not a standalone service. Insight will provide access to your account and project wide analytics via dashboards. Insight is also where a user would go who has access to the Project IQ beta where one can find the machine learning for risk and quality. This is accessible only to those users who have access to the Beta.
The Insight feature module will also be where we will be building out the Project Overview page as well as the reporting capabilities for the BIM 360 Platform.
On another clarifying note, the way in which you provide access to Insight is via the role you define for a member. If you are interested in Next Generation Field data you would then need to define the role at the Project Level and if you are interested in Classic Field data you would need to define the role at the Account member level.
If you have any additional questions the product team would be happy to respond.
Kind regards,
Shirin Arnold
Thanks all.
I had a feeling it was Project IQ, but I thought there might have been a public announcement of this before it showing up in the BIM 360 management. I guess it needed to be added for some technical reason as the 'next-gen' products are added/developed.
We are glad that we could help clarify this.
