Uploaded drawings won't display xref

Hi all,

 

I have uploaded a series of drawings to a project.  However, non of the xrefs are showing when I open a drawing.

 

The xrefs were referenced with a "relative" path and the folder structure uploaded is the same as the local folder structure?  What is the issue?

I am experiencing the same problem.
