We have a user that recently had their email address updated/changed. He had previously created and verified an Autodesk account using his old email address.
If the user updates their email address at https://profile.autodesk.com/security , will the Autodesk products assigned to him (e.g. AEC Collection and BIM Collaborate Pro) remain assigned to him with the updated email address?
Additionally, will their entry in the BIM 360 Portal Member Directory get updated with the new email address and will the Projects he is currently assigned to remain in place?
Or...is the best practice to just create a new Autodesk account, reassign licenses, and add them back to the Projects?

The new email address should be updated on all platforms to continue to access Autodesk products. The Contract Manager will need to re-invite you as a user, following the steps outlined here to update the email address "Assign users to products & services".
