Unable to access BIM 360 Model

Hello,

I'm working in conjunction with a third party on a project. I'm trying to access a Revit 2016 model which they uploaded to BIM 360 (they have also granted me permissions to view/edit/etc. the file). I have tried a couple of different ways to access the file (unsuccessfully). I could just download the file from BIM 360, however, we are working on the file simultaneously.

What I have tried so far:

  1. BIM 360 Glue Add-in
    1. When I launch the add-in it says, "You do not have access to any projects."
  2. Autodesk Desktop Connector
    1. Downloaded and installed Desktop Connector which I believe is supposed to create a separate drive on your computer to access the files through. However, no such drive was created.

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for participating in our Community! Are you invited to BIM 360 Glue project? Are you trying to get access to this models from BIM 360 Docs? Do you have entitlement from BIM 360 Design or BIM 360 Team?  Can you see models in BIM 360 Docs?

Thank you and have a great day!

Hello @anil_mistry

Thank you for your assitance. I'm trying to access the model through BIM 360 Docs. Entitlement was granted through BIM 360 Team. Yes, I can see the model in BIM 360 Docs (see attached PDF).

Thank you,

Brian

I now have access to the file. The BIM 360 drive finally appeared on my desktop computer. Reinstalling both Revit Collaboration 2016 and Revit Desktop Connector seems to have done the trick.
