I found that if you use a forward slash (/) in the Name field of your title block, it'll never finish saving the title block. I did this because it's in the name of the drawings, and I didn't realize that name field is just supposed to define the name of the title block for later reference and use.
You could be sitting there, waiting over night or over the weekend for it to finish something that normally takes a couple seconds. You'll be thinking there was something wrong with the upload, when the only problem is that you used a forward slash somewhere you shouldn't, and where nobody said you couldn't.
I didn't have time to test other characters it might have an issue with. I think I'll just stick to letters, spaces, and numbers anyway.
