This Operation Could Not Be Completed

Hi all, I hope you can help me with these. It's been 4 days that this one bugging me.

I am accessing a file in bim 360 cloud and having so much issue on this.

These are the methods I tried.
1. I have countlessly tried clearing the cache, logged in and logged out of Autdoesk Account.
2. I asked also the BIM manager to remove and shared back again my account in BIM 360 project folder.
3. Tried using another and new PC to access the file.
4. Countlessly clear the cloud data in Autodesk Sync folder.
5. Clear the Temp folder and Inet Cache.
6. Reset the modem for troubleshooting the internet connect

7. Open and Audit the file.

And all these results to nothing and still no luck

I can manage open the file with "Specify" (close Worksets) but when I am accessing the workset dialog to open the closed workset. the same error pops up then workset dialog box will not open.

Kindly refer to these link for the files inside Collaboration Cache folder

Might be a problem with the journal files for links. Have a look here - https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles...

The problem with this is I can only open the model with the closed workset. When I am opening the closed workset the error pops up but the workset dialog box will not open. Then it will be a loop process. With this the links are in closed workset. For now, I will reload the links even all of it are in a closed workset. Am I doing it right? I hope it will solve the issue.
