The connection has timed out

"The connection has timed out. Try again later." message pops up for all users every time BIM360 is open (Plans Section) Is there any way to resolve this? Screenshot attached.

Hi @stephen.mcdonald476UY , 

 

Thank you for your participation in our community forum! You noted that when any members access the BIM 360 Plans folder area, they receive the message, "The connection has timed out. Try again later."

 

  • Is this happening in all projects, or just a specific project? 
  • It never hurts to try clearing the browser's cache/cookies! See: Clear cache & cookies
  • Which internet browser are you using? What if you try a different browser? 
  • Are you able to access the the Plans folder using the BIM 360 Mobile App?
