Single or multi-layered locations for Library entries?

Anonymous
Not applicable

Are there advantages to adding multiple locations to a single Library pdf as opposed to just the one destination?

For example:

Location is "West Building>First Floor>Rm 101"

When assigning the location(s), is is better to assign or check the box only next to the "Rm 101" entry or should I be checking the box on each "level" ("West Building"; "First Floor"; and "Rm 101")?

Hi @Anonymous,

I would expect that the Room in your case Rm 101 knows that it belongs to West Building and First Floor, you would not have to actually select these but it is aware of the parent child relationship.
