Section Analysis on iPad mobile app

Hello,
I'm testing BIM 360 Docs (BIM 360 does not allow me to access the properties of the object, nor to navigate properly). I have a lot of difficulty on the Ipad (but the support told me that a new version should come out in February).

However, on the computer (via the Internet) I have a hard time doing the cutting sections. The box or the axes are created enormous proportions compared to my project. Do I have to adjust something in the model to solve this problem? It is almost impossible to reduce the box on the internet and the Ipad we forget the idea. Look at my screenshot and you will understand what I mean.

Thanks for reporting this issue. The scenario in your screenshot does look very odd. Our development team hasn't encountered it before, so we'd greatly appreciate if you could share a sample model that we could use to reproduce, and hopefully address this issue.
