Save Cloud model using Revit 2018.3

Does anyone know if their is a way to save a cloud model using Revit 2018.3. In 2019 and 2020 it looks like the image attached.

I do not need or want to make this a workshared model I just want to be able to see this model federated in BIM 360 Docs and to that I need it as a cloud model. This is revit 2019 I can create a cloud model without having to workshare. This is revit 2019 I can create a cloud model without having to workshare.2018.3 how ever does not afford me this option.2018.3 how ever does not afford me this option.

Hi @Anonymous

Can you try to just upload from BIM360 Docs? I think it will be just published.
