Can Revit Lt access or use Collaborative workshare functionality or BIM 360, to collaborate?

Can I ask,

With workshare using BIM 360 platform,

Is it possible for 2 or more users to open work on the same portion of an Architectural model @ the same time? 

I reviewed several BIM 360 video's on the topic; they said multiple users could link to a Revit model in the Cloud and get live updates as you go. Have I understood that correctly?

yes you understand correctly but i want to add something is that BIM 360 is retrieved and it became Autodesk Construction Cloud that has different modules for more info you can read Autodesk Construction Modules

and BIM 360 Design that is support Revit Cloud Work-sharing has become Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro
