Review status in the plan overview

Hello,

I have a question regarding the review status: Is it possible to display the status "under review" for plans or files in addition to approved and rejected? This would greatly simplify the overview of which plans already have been submitted for review and which have not.

Many thanks for your help!

Hi @fSchwinning.,

Under the reviews you can add other status such "under review", but when you have closed the review at present you cannot reopen the review to then complete the review. The problem you have a as well the review works on that specific version, so if a new version was uploaded this would not display the review status from that review. A new one will need to be undertaken.

The other option would be to create a new attribute and place "under review" in manually.

Hi @gareth.spencer1 ,

thanks for your answer.  Of course, it would be easier if it worked automatically and I or the planners didn't have to enter it manually. I know the function that you can create a status yourself in addition to "approved" and "rejected". But I don't know how it works that BIM360 also shows me this status when the file is actually in review. Do you know a way to do this? Thanks a lot!

Hi @fSchwinning,

No sorry I am afraid not at present. The status will just show as open when the review is underway and then closed when completed.

I would suggest adding this to the BIM 360 Ideas forum then hopefully Autodesk will look at adding this as an enhancement to the software.
