Project Home Custom Card

I want to add a card on my project home for issue statuses, but all my issues are a custom type. The only standard options are design, quality, or safety issues status. Is there a way to modify it? I can get the list of issues under "project issues" but not the status. Screenshot attached.

If you click on the Issues value underneath the list of filter options, do any of the cards change?

Would it be possible to reply with a screenshot?

I still don't have any additional status options other than the ones in my previous screenshot. I'm not sure what additional screenshot you're looking for? Attached is the first page if I filter the card library only by "issues".

Hi @Anonymous, 

Thank you for the screenshot! While it is not possible to create a custom card to show statuses of a custom issue type, it is still possible to see those statuses. From the "Project Issues" card, the status is noted by a colored bar to the left of the Issue ID number. You can also hover over that bar for the status text to appear. If you would like to see all statuses for just one issue type, simply click on the Filter funnel button in the top right of the card and select the issue type. Custom issue types should appear in that drop down menu!

Right, that's not the card I'm looking to modify. I'm looking for the card that shows the distribution bar of issue statuses (in my first screenshot). Is that not available then?

My apologies for any misunderstanding! I see now that you were hoping to view the distribution of different statuses within custom issue types, not just the statuses themselves. No, it is not currently possible to create a card that shows a distribution bar of statuses within custom issue types.

The solution I provided is the best option at this time, but we are always looking for ways to improve our products! I would encourage you to post about this functionality in our BIM 360 Idea Forum!
