Old Markups not showing in current version

Hi @lim.wendy ,

We created a PDF drawing and uploaded it on BIM360.

During a review some markups (published to all) have been made on version 1 in BIM360

Version 2 has been uploaded and the old markups of version 1 are still showns (as expected) in BIM360

After some time another version (3) has been uploaded. 

When viewing this current version (3) the old markups are not shown anymore. 

We have to go back to version 1 or 2 to view this. This is not what we expected...

Is this by design? I never saw this behaviour before.... (the markups are not archived!)

And why did it work as expected in version 1 and 2...?

I see now that this occurs with a lot of PDF files. Files uploaded on top of an old version before 10 november are working as expected. After that date it does not ...

Markups are matched-up with previous versions of a document based on the name of the page/sheet. Has there been a change in the name of the page/s?

Yes, 

version one did not have a Sheet or View

whereas version 3 has a Sheet and View....

So, that might be the issue here also.
