No aparecen las texturas BIM 360 docs

Estimados, cuando subo un archivo revit a la apliacion BIM 360 docs, el modelo 3d aparece pero sin texturas.
Que puedo hacer para solucionar el porblema ??

Si tienes texturas personalizadas, el viewer the BIM 360 no las va a mostrar como lo have en Revit.
