Our students lost their access to BIM360 yesterday.
When they're opening Revit and trying to open their projects, it says they don't have access to Revit cloud models.

I checked their projects on BIM 360 administration, and they are all there. They are all members and all services are turned on.

Then I go to the classic user management, to check their access, but when I try to edit access it just starts buffering/loading:

Can you help me please?
We have tons of cloud credits and we still have avaivable seats to BIM360.
