Missing layers when using BIM360 Issues Add-In for Navisworks

Good morning,

I'm using BIM360 Cloud to model coordinate our DWGs created in Plant3D 2021. To open the Model Coordination in Navisworks 2022, I'm using the BIM360 Issues Add-In.

The problem is that when I open the model through BIM360 Issues, all the content is converted to Geometries and the layers are lost.

If I manually download the dwgs from BIM360 Cloud and append them to Navisworks, the layers show normally.

What could I do to be able to use BIM 360 Issues and avoid losing data?

In the image below, a comparison of the same models being loaded using BIM360 Issues Add-In (left) and manually appending in Navisworks.

Hi Mark,

Just to keep you updated: I couldn't figure out a way of solving this problem.

Let's hope that Autodesk gives us a solution.

Hi @bernardo.klosowski ,

It could be that because you are using Navisworks 2022 and it is a Plant 3D 2021 file. Have you tried opening it with the 2021 version of Navisworks?

Both are in Plant3d 2021 and Naviswork 2021.
When using the appent it works as intented when using open models it does not show layers / pipe numbers
