Looking for the Publish Log files

Hi,

 

Wee currently have an issue with one of our cloud models showing the error 'processing error' with no additional information given whatsoever.

 

We can't figure out what the problem with the model is because we cannot find how to download the publish log files.

 

Is this still a possibility on the construction cloud as it was on Bim360?

i dont think is there in ACC.

the best you could get is the view file activities. From there, you can filtered it.

 

maybe you could get more info via the platform's API?
