There is no personal dashboard. It is only a project dashboard.
So, here is one suggestion.
ACC has a great feature called Data Connectors.
It allows you to export information within ACC.
You can schedule dates and times, and use this to export task and review information for each project.
You can then visualize the exported information in Power BI, for example, to create your own dashboard.
