Hi Everybody
So here is my issue, we are an international company and we are on our way of revamping our server. I was wondering for our remote locations if there is a way to keep the keynote file (.TXT) that is linked to our models in BIM360, in BIM DOCs but I don't see that .txt files are supported
Thank you

I would love to find out how to do this as well. We have a custom keynote text file that we want to use on a shared BIM360 model, but currently we can only link the file from one location. So the keynotes are only editable at the office from which the text file is linked.
At this point we are trying to use Microsoft One Drive to share the Keynote file, our international location is having internal server issues in that regard. in the mean time the file gets edited by who ever is attending the redlines and relinked in our central office.
This being said it would be neat to have this file supported in BIM360 Docs to have really all the files that belong to the model in one location.
ADESK hasn't answered ....
I ended up getting some support from an Autodesk BIM360 guru on this issue and we uploaded the custom keynote text file to the BIM360 Project Files folder and made sure the permissions on the folder was set correctly. Then We installed Autodesk Desktop Connector and then in Annotate --> Keynote --> Keynote Settings, you just point to the local file location of the custom tex file that is in the BIM360 folder on your computer and it will link to BIM 360://file location_on_bim360_server.
did you get this resolved - it pops up on every sheet.

Anyone getting this message when trying to print? its keynote through desktop connector (9.0.2..) R2019.2
We are having this issue as well and there doesn't seem to be any solution yet.
Running Revit 2019.2.1 and Desktop Connector 10.0.0.832
We have our keynote file saved in BIM360 Docs and when we try to print, we get the warning message that the keynote file is not up to date.
I have re-saved and reloaded the keynote file multiple times but this warning message pops up even when we haven't edited the keynote file at all. I have checked the keynotes on the sheet and everything seems fine, so I usually just click "Continue", but Autodesk should definitely address this. We need to be able to rely on our keynotes!
Is there still not a good way to link to a keynote file on BIM360 and to make it easily editable as well? This seems like a legitimate oversight.
Yes. We are getting the same dialog box pop-up when trying to print as well. We have not been able to solve the issue either.
Should not this be un-solved if it is not really working? Or do the problems only concern some older versions of Revit and should be addressed in its own forum?
Same issue and it's over a year since the last post.. Autodesk... hello... anyone there?
