Issue Type on iPad app, displays no results.

We were using the iPad for an observation report, and we have pre-defined templates for the recurring problems. However, when I apply the template, the "Type" field remains "unspecified (required)". Then, when I click the field, to select the issue type it shows "No results".

 

This issue does not happen on the other iPad, any thoughts on what could be causing this?

It sounds like you've got predictive text turned on, but it's still a no-show in some apps. iOS should learn from your typing over time, but if it's not popping up where you need it, that's a hassle. Some apps might not support the feature, or there could be a glitch. Try a soft reset or check for an iOS update https://9apps.ooo/ .
