How do I identify the Account Administrator for BIM360 please?

The other place would be check is the drop down at the top left and go to Account Admin, under settings and profile all the people you see are Account Admins.

We have had a lot of change in the team using the portal and nobody knows who the Account Admin is.

I am a project admin but cannot identify the Account Admin

Gotcha. That does make sense, and unfortunately, I don't have an answer for that use case.

What @ChitnisPrateek noted above is the only way that I know how to identify Account Admins.

Your question does speak to a broader ACC problem that many users have, which is not having visibility of admins.

Members, don't have a direct line to the Project Admins are to ask for help or be removed from a project.

Hello, did anyone find a solution to this problem : users cannot find who is the Account Admin. And no one has access to the Admin module.

At that point, I would recommend contacting Autodesk and creating a ticket with them. They might be able to help.
