Hi everyone! We have some problems about users work in project A360. Hope you can help us!
- Our company have purchased license of BIM 360. And we cant connect A360 on site (Like A360 picture attached).
- Our customer and their project work on A360 and they said they have already opened port for our company domain and we can join and work in this project without an invitation from Project Manager by an account which has that domain (But we dont have any project in BIM360 like BIM360 picture attached). And they also said they dont understand why they cannot send a new invitation to our account!
So we cant work in this project and our bussiness is delay too much! Please check and solve this problem for us!
