Hub Name and Access Link in BIM 360 Desing

We have an active project on the new version of BIM 360 using Design and Docs. Several users, etc. are on the Hub already and many invites sent out etc.

I still don't know where to find our hub name / address? Does this exist anymore?

I have both Accounts, the Project and BIM 360 Admin + the Contract Account. Yet I cannot find any simple way to get the actual link of the hub.

Would someone be able to shed some light on this? there have been several other posts saying it is the [hubname].autodesk360.com but i think that is for BIM 360 Teams and NOT the new BIM 360. Can someone confirm?

Reason why is because I am have some very specific user access issues where some users are on multiple hubs for multiple companies and now one hub is not showing so I am trying to give him a direct link to it even though it does show up in the autodesk connector . . . separate issue.

Hello @iwmf,

You are correct in your understanding that the Hub name and URL is only for BIM 360 Team, the way that BIM 360 Docs projects are identified is by Account and Project name.

The direct linking functionality is also not suggested in BIM 360 Docs, users should navigate to products using the URL links in article 1 below, and then navigating between projects using the Project Selection dropdown, as shown in article 2 linked below.

  1. BIM 360: What are the URLs that should be used to connect to each of the products?
  2. BIM 360 Docs Help - About the User Interface

If you are still having an issue with user access, and you have not done so already, please open a new support case with us and myself or one of my technical support colleagues would be happy to help you with that.
