failed to open older versions

Hello guys,

Is someone experienced this before? 

We are trying to get back to older version of revit file to re-publish that version and we cannot retrieve it. The system is showing error (in dialog box) "Failed to open document".

All responses will be highly appreciated.

Hi,

Only for this model and I can retrieve other older versions (V2-V4,V6-V9). Only the version 5.

What could be the problem?

Sorry for delayed reply. Can you view this model in BIM 360 Docs? Have you tried downloading source file and then importing again?
