Hi!
I ‘m using a Revit 2018.3 on Windows 10 and for the firts time BIM 360.
I had installed the Desktop Connector for Windows and Desktop Connector for BIM 360 plugin.
If I save a progject in BIM 360 (Preview) folder, Desktop Connector doesn't upload the files and folders on the cloud.
In the "Outstanding Actions", I can see all the action and even if I try to restart them, it nothing happen.

If you select one of the files in the pending actions dialog, it should show a message in the bottom right area. Can you share that message with us to help diagnose the issue?

Can you gather the diagnostics logs and send them to us? To do that, you right click on the tray icon and there is a "Diagnostics Logs" menu item under the "Help" menu. You can then attach the zip file here.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Revit 2018.3 and the worksharing seems to work properly without Desktop Connector.
I do not know what happened but I thank you for your help.
If necessary, I can reinstall the Connector and verify if the dialog between local machine and cloud works correctly.
