Cannot Collaborate In Cloud

User cannot collaborate in the cloud. Can Save As Cloud Model. Needs to set-up workshared project.

 

Different user with same permissions using same files and project can collaborate in cloud.

 

Tried removing user and re-inviting without any change. Revit 2020 and Desktop Connector are fully updated.

 

What could be causing this?

It looks like the user was still being processed on the BIM 360 side. Everything is working now.
