Seems to be a similar problem like in this post: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/bim-360-design-collaboration/bim-360-docs-downstream-service-request-...

Cannyou check the deleted Files in the shared and consumed folder in BIM360 Docs whether you find fules without a version.

Hey Martin, When I got into Design collaboration it prompted me to fix missing folders and that got working.

But I see there seems to be some kind of mystery to delete any teams once created. If I try to clear the list by deleting few team names that are no longer required, BIM 360 design just deactivates it but actually doesn't permanently remove it.

Is there a way I can clean up all the team names and start defining them fresh. Considering I do not have any files added to these folders yet.

@Raghavendra_Bhat at this point, there is not an option to delete a team from the history, just deactivate.  Of course, this is a good suggestion that we will consider moving forward.  For the time being, we do show deactivated teams grayed out and italicized so you can visually see the difference between them and active teams.

@Raghavendra.Bhat Thank you for that question. To make it short, no, there is no way to delete teams. You can only deactivate them.

We do have plans to also support deleting teams from BIM360 Design Collaboration which have never been contributing. But be aware, the folder which have been created to introduce those teams, cannot be complete deleted. As soon this feature is available this can be performed on existing projects.

I have added this as an IDEA so you can vote for it. Adding votes will increase the likelihood that this will be added next: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/bim-360-ideas/design-collaboration-allow-deleting-teams-which-have-ne...

I hope this answers your questions.
