Can't closed issue by original issue creator

@

Would like to ask the solution on

1. We have an issue with uploading the file.

our model management is at below,

Archi  Units > link into Storey

( some units is mirror type  (so specific units is mirrored in Revit file).

Structure Same Scenario as Archi

Then we linked in Structure Storey into Archi Storey and it is fine in Revit

when we upload to BIM 360 docs.

BIM 360 docs reprocessing engine generated extra elements which are duplicated elements at wrong position (not include) in original Revit file.

At the moment, We found the workaround solution by bind in all Archi units in Archi Storey model, And the bind in Structure Units File into Structure Storey. Then Link 2 file and upload.

2. We deleted one of the model coz the model have extra items generated by BIM 360 engine, unlucky that the model is linking with the issue we created. We can't restore deleted model.

3. Unable to close created issue which already answered.2018-06-08_18h26_07.png

It doesn't appear as a closed issue. We try again and only comment appear.
