Hi Murat,

Thank you for posting your question on the forum.

I have sent your file to our engineers and will let you know the outcome via the support case you created earlier.

Will post any useful information here in the future, once we finish troubleshooting.

Cheers,

Luciane

Please see:

DWG uploads into BIM 360 Docs folders fail to process.

These steps worked for me with your file. I tried the original - it failed. So I made two different tests:

1. I tried -Purge and AECTOACAD - then uploaded to Docs, this was successful.

2. I used the recovery tool, opened the DWG, audited, purged (with regapps as well), saved, uploaded to Docs. This was also successful.

I uploaded to the "Plans" folder. I will attach the files in this reply.

If it works for you, please mark my reply with 'Accept as Solution'.

Thank you,

-Scott

I haven't heard back from you on this thread since I posted that I was able to resolve the issue and upload/extract to the Plans folder successfully.

Please go through the steps I posted, this should fix the issue for you, and if that works, mark the post with 'Accept as Solution'.

Thank you,

-Scott
