BIM360 Migration to ACC.

I am having old projects already exist on BIM360 docs , and other projects exist on ACC.:

* Do I have to migrate all projects from BIM360 to ACC. ?

* is BIM360 will be in an end of life status as BIM360 team?

* Do i have a specific time frame to transfer my projects and data from BIM360 to ACC.?

Hi @Rana_HamedEREMS there are Third party add-ins that could facilitate the transfers.

1. https://www.naviate.com/naviate-cloud/naviate-cloud-manager/

2. https://interoperability.autodesk.com/replicationtool.php

I have not heard about a End of Life for BIM 360, but the development of that platform have been stopped from what I understand. All the latest and greatest changes and developments will be made on the new Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Please let me know if this works, Thank you.

Thank you.

They are basically the same thing, just a different user interface. You can access BIM360 projects when you login to ACC. If you have the license for BIM360, you have it for ACC. I don’t know if you can migrate a BIM360 project to ACC. The way to go about this is set up new projects on ACC, slowly phasing out the use of BIM360 projects. I imagine Autodesk will phase out BIM360 at some point https://speedtest.vet/  https://vidmate.bid/ .

Hi @Rana_HamedEREMS ,

I hope you're doing well!

Thank you for reaching out with your questions about BIM360 and ACC. I understand that managing projects across different platforms can be a bit challenging, so let me help clarify things for you:

  1. Migrating Projects: You don’t have to migrate all your projects from BIM360 to ACC. However, depending on your long-term plans and the tools you're using, it might be worth considering the transition to ACC to take advantage of its more integrated features. It’s not mandatory, but it's something to think about if you want a more streamlined experience moving forward.

  2. BIM360 End of Life: As of now, BIM360 is still supported and in use. However, Autodesk has been encouraging users to transition to ACC, as it represents the future of their construction management tools. While BIM360 isn’t at an immediate "end of life" status, the focus is clearly shifting towards ACC, so it’s good to start planning for that eventuality.

  3. Time Frame for Transfer: There isn’t a strict deadline for transferring your projects from BIM360 to ACC at this moment. But considering the direction Autodesk is heading, it’s wise to start thinking about your migration strategy sooner rather than later. This way, you can make the transition smoothly and on your own terms.

If you need any help with the migration process or have more questions, feel free to reach out. Beside it, if you are seeking for some app which allows you download your youtube videos in your device gallery that you can further share with your friends using social media communication accounts, then for this purpose, use vidmate apk.

Best regards,

Malik
