BIM 360 Issue Reports - conflicting information?

hi all, 

With BIM 360 issues, there seems to be conflicting information shown with issue summary reports and detail reports.

Our managers want to create  a summary report, which shows the creator and whom it has been assigned to. This currently shows incorrectly. is this a bug? or is this how it is set up. Currently the Summary report is showing key information incorrectly. 

see images below for inconsistent information example. 

This is the issue created within BIM 360 3D model. Note owner and creator.

so if all of these report state Issue Owner is Greg, why does the summary report Issue owner as Sameem? there is no creator, which would be okay if owner was shown correctly.

I have taken one issue as an example but this is happening across all the project with every summary issue report produced. The summary report is a great tool for our construction team to use, however right now its not of much use as tracking the right person cant be done. Detailed report is not the answer, if they need to print 100 issues - that's a book. 

Please let me know what we need to do to correct this.

we really want to produce these summary reports but currently cant use it as intended.
