application for 3D views

i have an idea i dont know if it is already exist anyway why don't you guys make an app for tablets and phones that can run only a 3D view from a revit file , so the workers can see how the room will look like plus when they touch any elemnt such as a socket or a pipe the app will show them the distance from the wall and its elevation so we wont use papers anymore for shopdrawings and sheets, and it will save much time and the work will be completed faster, and using a 3D view will be much clear than using papers with lots of tags and dimetions ,also the workers can see if there is any clashes in their rout in the future if they want to make a changes in the site
