Allow Admins to Control Folder Subscriptions for Other Users, Roles and Companies

CURRENT FUNCTION: The Ability to get email notifications when there are changes in a given folder is extremely useful.

USEFUL EXAMPLES: Some examples include BIM modelers getting an email that there is a new design model in the VC Folder, or subcontractors getting an email that there are updates to reference documents or feild use drawings.

IDEA: It would be beneficial for this to be controlled/setup by the project admin (contractor), rather that telling a subcontractor what folders you want them subscribed too.

That could be a good idea!

As I can see, you have also posted it on our BIM 360 Ideas forum and that is the place where such feature requests should be stored.
