Aerial not loaded in BIM 360

Hi, i've synced a few models into BIM 360 now and since yesterday the new models i've shared the aerial image won't load or doesn't sync. I've tried JPEG file, and ecw file, tested new models as well but still not getting my aerial in the BIM version. Does anyone else have this issue or a fix? Is there a setting I've accidently turned off?
