I'm having a problem where my linked Revit files aren't uploading correctly up onto Docs.
So the scenario:
Tier 1 (Current Working File) Interiors models
Tier 2 (Combined Block File) Project consists of 3 Large Blocks
Tier 3 (Block File) I have only been focusing on 1 Block for now
Tier 4 (Floor Plates) houses the unit layouts without any internal finishes etc (arc shell)
Tier 2 to 4 is from the Architect and only Tier 1 is our file.
So to break it down into an image:
In this example it is working, these files aren't Workshared files.
So when I started exploring more the actual project files (all Workshared now) I can only see back 1 file.
The 3D View when I upload the Tier 3 file with all the Tier 4 files linked in (as attachments).
This is the 3D View from the Tier 2 Model - I'm seeing Tier 3's geometry but no links.
The final Tier (1)'s 3D view, I can see Tier 2's reference geometry but again can't see past it.
I'm not sure how this is different between my original image/ linking test of 4 Tier links uploaded.
I've checked:
- Worksets to be all on
- All on the same phases
- Visibility Graphics not hiding anything
- Links is on in all views AND all set to attachments.
