Title Block Template - Crop area on top of another crop area

Is there any way to add a title block crop area on top of an existing crop area?

I have a crop area for the drawing number, but would also like to add individual crop areas to each part of the drawing number to populate as individual attributes.

Thank you for your patience and sorry for delayed reply. I got an update from development team and got workaround for this request:  

1. Define the crop area for the sub-part of the drawing number
2. Define the crop area for the whole drawing number

If step 2 is first defined, you can can use hand viewer tool to move the crop area of the whole drawing number. Then follow the above step 1.
