Sharing and consuming Package does not work anymore

Until November, the model consumption function worked perfectly. Now, if I click on a model (BG structure for example), I can't consume it, so the latest model is not available to use in revit.

please let me know if the issue is still present on your system. If it has "resolved itself" in the meantime, it could be related to a temporary lag in server performance or workload.

If the issue is still present, I would propose that we follow up on this "offline" in the e-mail thread that was automatically generated when this case was escalated to Autodesk Support. It may be necessary to discuss account details or schedule a remote session and we should not do this publicly. We can follow up here later when we found a solution.
