Setting up Revit for Collab

Good evening,

I'm very new to Revit and am trying to set up the cloud for collabs. I'm facing a problem with setting up the clouds for collabs. Here's the story,

Company A invited me into their project which I have already bought the license for Bim360 Design. I've already setup my Account Admin pages and invited some of my members in. I have a single user license and have not activated any services on the projects. When I open up my Revit, the cloud servers which they invited me in, I only could see their files on website/browsers but not in Revit for Collaboration. Can anyone help on this?

*the license were transferred to me from the buyer

Thanks in advance.

What version of Revit are you using? When a revit project is first collaborated in BIM 360 it will lock to that version ans also Design collaboration is only availale in Reivt 2021 on the EU server.

Are you on the EU or US server?
