1. In case of a 2 step work flow, the initial reviewer cannot reject or approve the documents. Access to customize the flow should be there. This will be required in cases where proof checking & client are involved in the work flow and the next step of the work flow depends on the output of previous workflow
2. While creating work flows with role for reviewer, option should be there to assign the review to a particular person instead to assigning to all with the same role. Further If this is not possible, we can use the notify option to notify only the concerned reviewer . However option provision should be there in the dash board to name of the person assigned for review.

Hello @Anonymous, Thank you for reaching out. Could you please provide additional details on your workflows.

1. I am trying to understand if there are any limitations in creating a 3 step workflow? The initiator creates a review, send it to the reviewer and the reviewer completes the review and sends it back to the Final Reviewer(Initiator) who can approve or reject based on the review comments. 

2. When creating a review you do have an option to pick which members within a particular role are notified to review. You can select/unselect users before you send the document for review.
