"No results found" when using search box on Construction Cloud

Hello,

I couldn't find a suitable Construction Cloud forum, so I'm posting here.

I have been adding images to Issues with Add Reference > As File, but sometimes the search function keeps returning "No results found" even though the file is there. Adding images to my project has become a major hassle due to the search box's inability to locate files. When I encounter this issue, I have to manually navigate through the files to find the one that the search bar couldn't locate.

I have the same problem when using the search bar on the Files tab so this problem looks like is happening on the entire platform.
