Are you admin on the interface?
Even if you have been invited to the platform you still need to be given permissions to the relevant sections of the projects.

Were you able to see the problems before?
By the way, in the English version, "problems" are called "Issues".
Do you know if you have any issues assigned to you?
Could you please try using a different web browser to see if it helps?
How about clearing the cache? This shortcut may help you: CTRL + Shift + Delete > delete cache/temporary internet files.
