Old Records of Publish Log

Hi there,

I frequently work with publish log records in a large project involving multiple Revit models (Version 2022). Our teams are publishing their models almost daily, and as a result, the publish logs I can access are mostly from the current or previous day.

The issue is that older records, even those from just a few days ago, seem to "disappear" as they are pushed down the list. If I need to retrieve a publish log from three days ago or last week, I can't find it anymore.

This has been an ongoing problem for me. Does anyone know how to access older publish log records?

Not sure what the exact limit is in that view, but to see the rest you'll need to go to

Project Admin -> Sevices -> Document Management -> Activity

It might have more info than you want, but you could export the data to excel and try to filter the results.

Partially. The project is located in the HUB of another company (not mine), and it has different administrators who have full control over different folders in the Document Management Module.

The publish log I am trying to access pertains to Revit model files in a folder that I have full control over. @Ryan_GormanKT36T

Old publish logs can be surprisingly useful when tracing how information evolved over time and why certain entries changed. They help add context and transparency, especially when reviewing historical entries that might otherwise seem unclear. I’ve found that referencing Webcrims public records in the middle of this kind of review helps connect older logs with current case data. It’s a practical way to cross-check details and understand how records are maintained long term.
