How can I access two BIM 360 accounts (under two different email addresses) through Revit?

you will have to sign out of one and sign back in with the other. I dont think you can open 2 revit sessions with 2 different accounts at the same time.

Yes you can't access two Revit through different Emails but you should sign out from the session and sign in with another Email in different Session
