Hello

My company has ACC subscription, and I have been using ACC for a while, just noticed this problem in my Revit.

Thanks

Those buttons won't show up if you are not in a cloud model.

Hi @junqing.liu4PBC7 ,

I assume you have a license of BIM BIM Collaborate Pro assigned to you in your Autodesk account? This is your license to use the application.

Also have you activated the Revit Cloud Worksharing in your Autodesk account? You need this to use the worksharing tools in Revit.

I guess we'll never know if a restart/reboot would have solved the problem.

Going nuclear is always an option but if the program was working it's usually saved for later in trouble shooting. If it was a new install and there were other issues, it would higher on the list.

I noticed that this has occured for me today as well with a cloud based model, but instead its the collaborate in cloud button and the manage cloud models button that are missing.  The publish settings button is available though.  I will try the restart of my pc to see if that fixes it, restarting the program did not.  I'm seeing this in Revit 2023.

Have you figured out a solution to this?  Revit 2023 is doing the same thing to me.

Jon,

Currently the only way to publish an update to cloud models within Revit 2023, that I'm aware of is on the Autodesk Docs page and clicking the 3 dots at the end of the model row.

I recently found that as well.  It is a good workaround, but strange that the old functionality just vanished.

I think that it is Revit 2023? if yes, you can do the same function from the home interface as following steps:-

from Autodesk Docs

Go to your Right Account and Right Project

ElmoatazBellahSalem_1-1668411271992.png

If the model is not updated latest , you will find the Publish Latest active

Before you have to check the views and sets you want to publish
