Issues are not found after updating a new model version in BIM 360 Document Management

Hi everyone!

My case is simillar then this one: Issue pins not visible anymore after updating a new model version in BIM 360 Document Management, with this difference that issue list on updated model is empty.

When I cliked on issues linked document, the newst model is oppening and I get this message:

Where should I look for cause of this problem?

Hey!

Have you checked publish settings? There may be differences between versions.

Basically,

Let's say there was a pinned issue sheet1 which was in the publish settings. After a while, model' s publish settings have changed and sheet1 is not selected in publish settings.
