Hi Support,
When creating an issue, the system sends a notifying thru email to the issue owner and assignee notifying them that an issue was created and assigned. However, the system notification stops there.
System notifications help the users a lot since they are not always online or in front of their devices to catch certain changes on the issues. Would it be possible for the system to send a notification when:
1.) Issue is re-assigned to new user?
2.) Project admin assigned a new issue owner? (Note that owner and assignee are two different users)
3.) Notify the issue owner/s / assignee/s for status updates?
Are these features being consider to get implemented in the near future?
Please advise.
